These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at thewolfpackco.com and the services provided by The Wolf Pack Co ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The Wolf Pack Co provides software development and integration services for the logistics industry, including custom Rose Rocket integrations, automations, and related software. We also build and operate our own software products. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between you and us. If a proposal or statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or statement of work controls for that engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging us, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due on receipt, and fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed.

Third-party costs (such as software licenses, API usage, or platform fees required to run an integration) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in the course of an engagement. Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless a proposal or statement of work says otherwise, custom deliverables we create specifically for you become your property once we have been paid in full for them.

We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, know-how, and general methods, including anything we build and operate as our own products. Where our pre-existing components are included in a deliverable, we grant you a license to use them as part of that deliverable.

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our services and deliverables are provided "as is." We do not control third-party platforms such as Rose Rocket, accounting systems, fuel-card providers, or carriers, and we do not warrant that those platforms will remain available or unchanged. We do not guarantee specific business results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wolf Pack Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding it.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal or statement of work. On termination, you agree to pay for work performed up to the termination date. We will return or delete client credentials and remove our access to your systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
